The Wine Spectator, revealed this week its annual list of the top 100 wines from all over the world.

This famous American magazine that focuses on wine, wine culture and market trends, is the first reference in the United States. This kind of bible is a guarantee of confidence and quality for all professionals and epicureans. Before ranking, more than 20,000 wines are blind tasted by their sommeliers.

Among this selection, we find references of all horizons, French, Italian, American, New Zealand or Chileans. We are proud to represent our region, because in the world’s most beautiful wine list there are find ONLY two Champagnes :
- La Grande Année 2012 from Maison Bollinger
- Our cuvée Extra Quality Brut which gets a prestigious 92/ 100.

Thanks to this result, our cuvée falls into the category of exceptional wines (90-94). According to the Wine Spectator, this cuvée is a wine of superior character and great style. To come to this qualification, several tastings, reports, portraits and interviews are made around the wine.

Laurence Ployez, the third generation of the family perpetuates the founding values of the House; passion, tradition and requirement. Her vocation is to make the best of each harvest in order to produce great wines of prestige. A successful bet, given that we get the most beautiful reward this end of year.

The Extra Quality Brut is the emblematic Champagne of our House, which is enjoyed after a minimum aging of 4 years. It comes from « Premiers Crus » and « Grand Crus » grapes.
A low dosage of cane sugar also allows to give expression to all the aromas of our Extra Quality Brut.
