La Closerie

The name of this room was inspired by the name of the wallpaper chosen: “La Closerie de Crécy”, which is a re-edition of a paper created in 1802 by “Papier Français”. This French wallpaper company specialises in restoring the wallpapers of castles and old houses, and in creating new editions of these papers.

The name Closerie means “a dwelling house in an enclosed space, in the middle of its garden and surrounded by its stone walls”, which seemed to us to correspond in every way to the Ployez-Jacquemart estate. The dark colour of the ceiling was chosen to reinforce this effect of cocoon and refuge.

Booking a room at Champagne Ployez-Jacquemart gives you access to:

• A room with double bed and bathroom, decorated with care.
• A minibar where alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for consumption (please note all your drinks on the minibar sheet).
• Breakfast served in the residence’s lounge-dining room.
