1930 - 2020: 90 years of dedication from three generations, each bringing their own special signature and touch.

Yvonne Jacquemart, founder, daughter of a vine grower in Ludes, brought kindness, excellence, and courage to found the house of Champagne PLOYEZ-JACQUEMART with her husband.
Marcelle Ployez, architect, breathed life into this vision, and with meticulous care created the artistic presentation of the new brand. Together they shaped a Domain that became known for its thoroughness and meticulous rigor. Their son Gérard PLOYEZ, supported by his wife, brought excellence in winemaking, creating Cuvées that became the identity of the house. Today Laurence shares with you all that her father taught her, respecting the noble heritage of creativity, finesse and elegance that continue to define Champagne Ployez-Jacquemart. “Granite" is a symbol of solidity; it is a union of different minerals; and it is also the important symbol of 90 years of marriage. Today our Granite is a beautiful marriage: a romantic story, blending three grape varieties, from a dozen Crus of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs that have been part of our cuvées for 90 years. Our Cuvée "Granite" represents the memory of the Champagne PLOYEZ-JACQUEMART, a unique cuvée with the assembly of great vintages including 1976-1982-1988-1996 to name a few—vintages that will bring power and profound complexityto balance the richness of this Champagne 40% of the blend is without malolactic fermentation. An extra brut dosage allows the wine to express all its aromas, its great richness and its freshness. Around this exceptional assemblage of beautiful encounters, quiet preparation, collaboration between sommeliers, passion for fine wines, beautiful things, is a Japanese artist in love with Champagne PLOYEZ-JACQUEMART.

Tsuyoshi HIRANO: From a meeting of Laurence PLOYEZ and Tsuyoshi HIRANO, the renowned art ist of Japan, whose creations are celebrated in fashion, art and press, came the art for GRANITE.

"How I wondered when I took the very first sip of Ployez-Jacquemart for its delicate yet bold taste. It brought to my mind the memory of fertile soil, the solid contact with that Champagne grown, one crafted with every attention to detail, imbued with the lightness of dance. I was drawn to express this Maison with beautiful petals, and I wanted them to dance in the breeze. I believe the petals reflect the sen sitivity, beauty and richness of this dancing Champagne, born of these spirits gathered into one.
