Ployez-Jacquemart has been producing high-quality Champagnes for three generations, respecting the terroir and environmental values. Thus, thanks to its perseverance and its ancestral know-how, the House has the honor to share with you the recent certification of not one,  but two labels related to the respect of the environment in Champagne!

We have recently received the HVE certification, High Environmental Value Level 3, as well as the VDC label, Viticulture Durable in Champagne.

These certifications are the reward for the daily work undertaken in the vineyard and in the cellar. These French labels bring an official recognition in terms of sustainable development and respect of the environment.

They value the good ecological and responsible practices engaged by the House Ployez-Jacquemart, such as: a complete traceability of our supplies, the consequent reduction of the use of phytosanitary products, the continuation of the grassing, the development of the vitiforestry, by planting trees and shrubs in the vineyard, and many others initiatives. The certification requires a hundred points to be respected.

This double label also meets the expectations of our consumers, who are looking for local and qualitative products, grown and elaborated according to ecological and environmental principles.
